    If the event is SOLD OUT, then those who do show up at the gate to purchase tickets during the day will be asked to return in late afternoon after 2pm for any available tickets then.

    Space is limited to 225 guests! Tickets are specially numbered and very limited and AVAILABLE ONLINE ONLY PRIOR TO EVENT! Any remaining tickets will be sold at the gate the day of the event. If the event is SOLD OUT, then those who do show up at the gate to purchase tickets during the day will be asked to return in late afternoon after 2pm for any available tickets then.

    Meal Tickets will only be available onsite on a first come, first served basis, NO PRE-SALES of Meal Tickets online.

    PLEASE NOTE that we have a few new rules in effect for your safety and enjoyment. These rules may affect you ticket buying decision. Please review prior to mailing in your check. We want everybody that can to be able to ride and have a safe & fun time on the trains.

    1.) Pregnant persons will not be permitted to ride the trains.
    2.) Only persons with closed toe shoes will be permitted to ride the train. No part of the foot should be visible.
    3.) No Dogs are permitted on the property of Bittercreek Western Railroad.
    4.) All Riders must be three years old or above AND be able to sit in their own seat.
    5.) No "Babes in Arms" allowed on the train at any time.

    We want everybody to have a safe and enjoyable event. These rules are established for your own safety. Please note that children need proper shoes and be able to ride in their own seats. Sometimes this can be an issue. Please no "babes in arms" allowed on the train at any time. Rules will be enforced onsite. Please plan accordingly. No refunds on tickets. Tickets are transferable.
